Real healthy food

Naturopathy literally translates as ‘nature cure’, and is a very subtle yet simple science designed for only one purpose; reuniting with nature. Nature has never treated human beings as a different species, which is above or beneath itself. When human beings conceit to think that they are above nature, they immediately and increasingly start losing touch with wellness from that moment onwards. Our body is made up of food, water and air which serve as a way, or ‘vehicle’ to enjoy this beautiful journey, gifted to us by nature. It has some principles attached to it, however. When we dismiss the fundamental principles of the natural world, your ‘vehicle’ becomes incompatible with your soul. The Healing is present within us, but we have lost touch with it.

Understanding the self through Yoga.

Meditation is one of the 8 limbs of Yoga.

Yoga is not different from nature’s cure. Healing is bound to transpire when we put aside our ego and accept nature’s gift. Yoga means union; and that is the union of we and the nature.

Many of the Upanishads will also state that it is the union of Jivatma(souls) and Paramatma(higher self). Jivatma is just a reflection of Paramatma which resides in everyones’ body.

According to Adiyogi, Jivaatma and Paramatma are the same, which is ideologically tantamount to the concept of true union of the Purusha and Prakriti. Prakriti is the reason behind existence. Nature is the source of energy and the Purusha is the pure consciousness. Purusha resides within Prakriti. Without Prakriti there is no yoga, consequentially meaning there is no union. This is an invitation to realise the ultimate principle of nature and its role in our lives so we can facilitate a move towards the union within.
